Weekly Passage - for week of 4/29/18

"God's work is done. When there seems to be an absence of health, harmony, wholeness, completeness, or perfection, our attitude should be not that God is withholding any of these things and that He must do something that He is not already doing to bring them to us, but rather should we accept the fact that a sense of separation has sprung up between God and us, and we are therefore going back to the kingdom of God within us to re-establish our sense of oneness -- not to re-establish oneness because that is, always has been, and always will be intact. The human mesmerism that was brought about by accepting the belief in two powers has created a sense of separation from God which, at times, is so great that it makes us feel that God is a billion miles away upward, and we are a billion miles away downward, and that there is no possibility of spanning the gap."
